The ePulse OTCtrader is a collaborative messaging platform designed specifically for financial market-trading communities. It allows users to communicate with the most popular instant messaging systems such as Yahoo!, Windows Messenger and AOL.

All conversations are recorded by the ePulse audit manager. These messages can be viewed by the trader using a browser to access the manager interface. Normally the user is allowed to see only his or her conversations, but a compliance user account can be set up that has permissions to view all users' conversations.

The OTCtrader client works in a client-server architecture. Its messaging servers are hosted at Level 3 whose secure data centre provides fast internet backbone connectivity.

The architecture is fully resilient and scalable. Support is provided 24/7.
